What do Paladin Hired Guns Do for Our Annual Business Meeting?

The end of the year might typically be a time for relaxing, holiday cheer, and family fun, but this year, the Paladin team decided to celebrate our annual meeting a little differently. We spent our annual meeting building up our team and setting the stage for the next big strides forward. All of our hired guns flew into Austin and we spent our event in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. We invited a few special guests that gave a master class on negotiation; outlined new marketing activities for 2025; Entrepreneurial Operating System implementation (we’re an EOS company) , and then our legal team from Pillsbury laid out plans for updating the Golden Contract template and using Artificial Intelligence!

A Day of Growth and Vision

Each day we spent time in breakout sessions designed to foster cross-functional collaboration in customer experience improvement, process improvement and strategic planning, with each team member bringing their unique perspectives and skills to the table. From brainstorming new initiatives to sharing insights on emerging trends, it was three days that underscored Paladin’s commitment to fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Innovation for Client Success

One thing we emphasized during our gathering was our dedication to innovation. We’re passionate about finding and implementing strategies that help us all succeed in an ever-evolving landscape.

Our team discussed fresh ways to deliver even more value to our clients, exploring emerging tools and technologies that will enable us to streamline processes and add unique touches to our services. For example, we discussed different negotiation tactics to use to close a deal where the client and the team are satisfied. We, also, discussed different marketing strategies that are outside of the box to increase or lead pool generation. The entire day was an exercise in reimagining what’s possible—for Paladin and the clients we work with.

Looking Forward

We’ve built a solid foundation of ideas that will guide us in the coming months, each one focused on driving success and adding tangible value for our clients. Halloween was a meaningful reminder of our shared vision and purpose: to lead with integrity, innovate with intention, and always prioritize the needs of those we serve.

Stay tuned for what’s next from Paladin. We have some exciting developments on the horizon, and we’re looking forward to sharing our progress with you!

P.S. We did still have some fun!
